Return policy

Dhamija Mobile Care maintains a strict NO RETURN policy on all products due to the nature of mobile accessories, smart gadgets, and electronic products.

We only accept returns and provide replacements/refunds under the following specific condition:

1. Damaged or Broken Products Upon Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will gladly process a return for a replacement or a full refund, provided the following mandatory requirements are met:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must provide clear, continuous, and unedited video proof showing the package being opened and the product's broken or damaged condition being revealed for the very first time.

The video must clearly show the shipping label and packaging integrity before opening.

The video must capture the entire unboxing process from start to finish without cuts or edits.

The damaged part or issue must be clearly visible in the video.

Time Limit for Reporting: The damage must be reported to us within  24 hours of the delivery date/time confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Contact Procedure: To report a damaged item, please email us immediately at dhamija1992@gmail.com with the following information:

Your Order Number.

A brief description of the damage.

The mandatory unboxing video (preferably uploaded to a file-sharing service or sent as an attachment if the size permits).

Failure to provide the mandatory, continuous unboxing video will result in the claim being rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns based on change of mind, product incompatibility (if you ordered the wrong model/size), or dissatisfaction with product features. Please ensure you verify the product specifications before ordering.

All sales are final except for items damaged in transit under the conditions described above.

3. Process After Approval

Once your claim (including the unboxing video) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund.

If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item.

For Replacements: We will ship a replacement product to you free of charge.

For Refunds: A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within  5-10 business days.
